EECLECTIC wurde 2018 von Janine Sack als Verlag für digitale Publikationen im Bereich visueller Kultur gegründet. Neben der Möglichkeit der direkten und weltweiten Verbreitung von relevanten Themen und Projekten, möchten wir das mediale Potential von digitalen Publikationen nutzen und erforschen.
Wir konzipieren und veröffentlichen E-Books zu Kunst und Architektur, Film und Fotografie, Netzkunst und Zeichnung, Stadt und Öffentlichkeit, Politik und Gesellschaft, Gender und Feminismus, Berlin und Aktivismus, Commons und Kultur, Künstlerinnenbücher und visuelles Erzählen.
Die E-Books werden in verschiedenen Formaten (epub, pdf, ibooks und enhanced epub) angeboten, die den jeweiligen Anforderungen des Materials und der Inhalte entsprechen.
